| Freight Damage: Goods shipped were delivered to the carrier in good
condition. They were packed with great care by experienced packers using
standard, approved packing methods. Carriers are responsible for damage in
transit. It is important when you receive your fixtures to check the
boxes for freight damage and note any damage on the delivery slip before
signing. Notify us immediately by email, phone, fax or mail (earthly pursuits, PO box 457, Veneta,
OR 97487) and include a copy of the delivery receipt from the carrier with
the note that boxes have been received damaged. Do not return damaged goods
without prior authorization. Proper credit or replacement will be issued to
you.
Call the carrier and request an inspection. Hold original carton and
merchandise for inspection by carrier's inspector. The inspector will start
the claims process. We will assist you with freight claims. These procedures
must be followed to process claims for damages.
